Probably a simple thing, what are these jacks for, are they for listening to sound from cd player and tv out the camper speakers? 2017 Gray Wolf,Im thinking something on the radio setting I need to find?

Looks like an AUX input for some audio-visual device. Red and White are right/left speakers, yellow is video.
 
Kinda what I thought, just no sound from speekers,radio works fine ,just a head scratcher.Maby a tv setting.
