Does anyone have experience coming at this strictly as a business first with the bennies secondary? I ask because I'm thinking about getting a buisiness loan for the RV equiment itself and I need to come up with a business plan, some actual examples and I'd really love some honest pros/cons from people before I "jump in". (I think its a no-brainer - especially since I live in one of the most wonderful vacation cities ever and because of my 25 years experience in travel- I'm retiring, due to disability, from being a flight attendant.) I know how to make people feel welcome and I'm actually REALLY looking forward to it!
