I don't want to see any of the folks who work at CW lose a job because of one ( say and fill in as you like ) CEO person.

hear hear however it is a known fact that management is responsible when a company fails, either from bad management, that includes quality assurance, or not considering competitive practices.

The positive of that is the customer demand does not change because the company does not stay competitive and the people will find jobs at the replacement company. In this blanket statement we realize that the internet and places like Amazon and Walmart are destroying small business.

Last time I was at Camping World was because I had a warning buzzer that wouldn't shut off when the transmission was put into drive and we were headed out of town to see the grand kids. I got the Service Manager to come out to look at my coach to tell me what was causing the issue. He tried to sell me a new roof, he tried to sell me new A/C units, he tried to sell me new tires and even argued with me when I said they were put on in 2016. I finally got him into the coach where he could see the buzzer issue and he admitted he didn't know what it was and I should go to the Allison Transmission Dealer down the highway. This man had no interest in helping ME, his only interest was helping HIMSELF to my money. This is typical for Camping World. It's one of the reasons why I won't shop there. There are several others..........
