Honda EU2200IC 2200-Watt Inverter Generator

A fellow in our Ham Club sold his RV and has 2 of these he's looking to sell. Neither has been used and their both still in their original packaging. They're 2200 watt each and can be connected together for 4400 watts. He said he'll take $1,500 for the pair.

I've heard Honda makes a good generator but I've never had one. Supposed to be super quiet. I think that's a pretty reasonable price but it would be great if someone who has some experience with them could confirm?

OK, so I bought them! Now I'm hoping for some time to take the rig boon-docking! It'll be nice to run a "gas miser" generator instead of the 8KW diesel on the MH. Boy, camping really has changed since I was a kid...

I hope they work out well for you. Never had their generators, but have Honda engines on an old push mower and a power washer; most reliable engines I have.
