I think we win the award for the worst 2023 Allegro Bus 50th Anniversary edition ever built. We've had so many problems that the count is well over 100 repairs. The latest was the DEF sensor. When the DEF sensor malfunctioned, the bus could only be driven for 4 hours before the coach goes into limp mode. Fortunately, we were able to get to our RV Resort without the limp mode kicking in. Spoke with Matt in Tiffin service who overnighted us a new sensor. The nearest Cummins service dealership is 2.25 hours away and we received conflicting information from Tiffin on whether the bus could be driven another 2.25 more hours without going into limp mode. No one at Tiffin could guarantee it would make it. We had a mobile tech install the new DEF sensor BUT Tiffin refused to pay for the driving time for the serviceman because they said the bus could have been driven another 2.25 hours without going into limp mode. This is just one of so many examples of the poor service from Tiffin. Here is my best Tiffin story. We met Bob Tiffin at the Tampa RV show in Janaury 2025. I told him that we've had so many problems with our coach and his response was "that's unfortunate" and moved on. WOW, we were shocked. There were 3 TIffin home office people standing nearby and shared my horrors about our new bus. None of them offered to help nor offer their assistance with future issues. One guy did speak up to say that it's really hard being in service department because they get over 1,000 calls per day. That says so much. Needless to say, we will never purchase a Tiffin again and we'll hopefully trade it in within the next several months. Anyone who buys a Tiffin, needs to have their head examined! DON'T BUY A TIFFIN Motorhome!!!!!!!
