107.2F here in Seymour, Texas this afternoon. That's ridiculous!

Not only that, the Flying J in Wichita Falls doesn't have anyone certified to pump propane so they couldn't fill our tank. We tried to make our way around to the Loves but got hung up by a train. We waited a while in the heat but a passerby said that the train might not move for days, so we had to unhook the toad, back up to the drive-in for the dump (seriously), turn around, reattach the toad and go another way. Did I mention the heat?

We eventually ended up at the Loves where a guy was sitting in his car at the propane tank, waving his arms around and yelling into his phone. The manager came and asked the guy to leave, which he eventually did. She told me that he said to her that she had no idea how many Federal agents were after him so she told him he'd have to hide somewhere else.

That done, onward. Glen & Myra's RV park and lodge in Seymour, Texas; nice folks, very good price for full hookup pullthrough.

And it's hot. We're heading for the desert, which at this point it a bit cooler than here.

Mom did a few minutes of video at Glen & Myra's, see TheQueensBarge on Youtube in a few hours.
