House batteries not charging while driving.

On a recent trip put on over 2700 miles.
The Freightliner chassis was flawless.
But somewhere along the way the house batteries quit charging while driving.
They charge fine while plugged in or with the generator running.

Where should I start.

On your coach (2018 New Aire?) I'd start at the battery combiner solenoid that bridges the house and chassis battery banks. SilverLeaf manages the activation and deactivation of this bridge through a control wire (similar to how the battery join wire comes off the switch in your dash to tell it to do the same). With the engine running and in high idle do you see the SilverLeaf claiming to be bridging them? Do you detect voltage on the signal wire at the solenoid telling it to bridge? Do you see the same voltages coming into the solenoid when bridged as you see coming out of it? What are the voltages you see?
