how can I remove the couch bed from my explorer

We have Renegade, not sure about your coach, but in ours the couch can be disassembled. Remove the sleeper bed portion and then the rest of it is much more easily handled.
If you don’t have the over cab bunk but if you don’t the passenger cab door provides a bigger opening than the house door for getting bulky items in/out, but may need to remove the passenger seat or at least slide it back or recline it.
