We spent time and effort, read the user's book, no directions and we’ve tried every trick. Thanks for any takes;

You can't trun on the subwoofers because there are no subwoofers! You have to install them separate and the plug them into the system. If pull the radio out you will see the connections for the subwoofers. I'm pretty sure there labeled.
