I have a new to me 2017 American Dream 45a. I will be winterizing soon and asking how many gallons of antifreeze I will need. I had a 1999 Eagle for 10 years and that was roughly 9 gallons. Then a 2015 Entegra Aspire and that was roughly 3 gallons. Any help is appreciated.

What water heater system do you have?
Blow the raw water out with air, then put antifreeze in until it exits all outlets. Start at the furthest from water supply. Buy 10 gallons and have the rest for next year. How many you use a lot depends on how long you let it run out of each outlet. Don't fill the water heater if it is a standard "keg style" (drain it). Definitely fill it if it's an Aquahot type.

Thanks for the replies - I do have aqua hot. I do know how to winterize, just wondering if anyone knew the quantity.

In our 45’ Renegade we use just under 5 gallons. But it will vary based on distance/amount of tubing and number of fixtures plus how much is flushed down the P traps.
We only have a single bath, which is located above the water bay, and we do not have a washing machine installed. But our Oasis is way at the front of the coach, giving us some length of water tubing.

I can fully winterize with 2 gallons.

Follow up question - is there a water shut off for the fridge and ice maker? I do have a cap for the filter in the fridge that I will be using after I blow out the lines. Can not locate any shut off.

I use one gallon.
Here is my procedure:
Open all drains including the water heater and drain full system.
Close all the drains and replace low drain plug
Hook up my compressor to the fill valve and open and turn air on @ 20 # pressure. I open faucets and blow out lines. I do move from faucet to faucet throughout the coach after initially having them all open. When completely blown out I disconnect the compressor.
I open all faucets and remove the heads on the kitchen faucet, Shower Head, toilet sprayer head, disconnect water and ice lines on the fridge as well as the main water line feeding the fridge and remove the fridge filter, I leave the water heater tank plug loose. I disconnect the lines to the water pump which on my rig is very accessible.
Last step I put antifreeze in the sink traps and some in the toilet bowl.

I do not put any Antifreeze in my tanks as I do not want the residual taste

Make sure all black and gray water tanks are empty
