In what world is this OK? Extremely bright white LED lights shining right at your neighbors at night. These were left on all night too. ? The rest of the camp ground is dark. These idiots might as well have spot lights shining in our faces. And they seem clueless about it. ?

Maybe they forgot the lights were on? Or they were used to city life and didn't think about anyone else? Or they were one of those that have lights on to say "Look at me"? Dunno, but you are correct on the rude part.

Personally, I wish Boogie Lights had never been invented.

We did that. Ticked off our neighbours. They asked us the next day to turn it off. Didn’t even know it was on. Made it up to then with a bottle of wine and boring stories. :).

I wager they are oblivious EZ. Have a quick chat with them and ask them to turn them down or off at quiet hours.

Don’t you have night curtains? Our RV is completely dark inside even during the day with the night shades down.
Heck at one campground we had emergency vehicles literally next to us on a roadway with all the lights going one night, slept through the whole episode. The first responders were there from 2-5 am according to neighbor campers.

I get it. So many trailers, 5ers, and motorhomes are being built with flashy look at me leds.

Entegra used to be the biggest offender, but now everyone is building them.

I prefer dark skies to see the stars.

Still, light is much better that cigarette or cigar smoke. I can close blinds and sleep...but cigarette smoke finds its way everywhere.

DW loves the lighting, dang Angie video's showed her all about the show off lights. We have LED strips everywhere from the factory (Entegra) but we are stopping at Boogey next month to enhance our under glow capability. We use them when we are outside, prior to quiet time. She understands the need to reduce our impact on others. We also do campfires, where permitted. I like to cook over the open fire/ coals. We try to reduce the impact of smoke on others as well.
In all cases, I have frosty beverages available to help mollify potentially skeptical neighbors. Usually, once they join us in camp with a cold beer the lighting isn't an issue. If someone stopped by and asked us to power down because of a real issue, it wouldn't be a problem.

Lights on while the owners are outside are fine

It's when the owner goes to bed and leaves the lights on that I am annoyed.

Radios and Cigarettes are much worse, but all are part of the campground experience, and there is nothing that can be done.

Agreed cigars, cigarettes, loud music/tv are much worse than lights.
some folks are just inattentive to outside configuration impacts, and there are those that are terrified of the dark. Especially dark in an unfamiliar area filled with strangers.
