One of the services I have used at both UPS and FED EX is at the customer service depot. It is called hold for customer pick-up. No fee is involved just make sure the package is shipped by the service and state on the label it is to be held for customer pick- up, I use the second address line to type that in.
I just picked up my sprouting seeds at UPS depot in Flagstaff,AZ and occurred to me the info would help others. I have used the service for well over 15 years without a hitch.

I ordered somethiing from amazon that I had no Idea what service they would use, so am sending it to a locker at the local whole foods. get that on the 7th so hope it works as smoothly.
