I have a strange problem with my HWN Jacks on my 2018 DSDP. I know it is not a location issue because it happened at my house where I have parked it numerous times. The coach sits with the left side (driver side) low, I hit auto level and the two left side jacks go down and level the left side. Then the right rear jack goes down to the ground then the left rear starts to extend again and lifts the left wheels off the ground. The right front jack never moved. The first time it happened (at a campground) I hit the cancel button lowed the left side and hit auto level and it worked fine. The next day at my house I could not get the auto level to work, I tried 3 times and each time the left rear wheels would come off the ground. The right front works if I do it manually. Any idea what the problem is?

I forget what they call that but it’s a valve of some sort (limit valve?) that they sell for around $100. I had the same problem and it cost around $180 parts and labor for them to replace it. I sold the coach so I don’t have an invoice to look at but if you call HWH they can tell you what it is and I’m sure you can order the part through them.

Thanks for the info. I’ll give them a call later.

@flarider - another option is Stuart's Service in Elkhart. Chuck Stuart is the owner and his shop specializes in HWH.

I believe Chuck sold his shop but they still will give you much faster service and/or parts info than HWH. With HWH it’s ten days to two weeks to get any type of answer for service or parts.
You might try contacting Newmar with your problem. They will contact HWH and will get a much quicker response for your problem. You might check the pressure switches located on each jack. With jacks down disconnect the wire from the top of the jack and check continuity to ground showing a closed switch.
