HWH Reset Switch for Steps

We are brand new 2021 Essex Owners and have encountered a number of mechanical problems in our maiden voyage. Our steps below the door do not fully extend with no obstruction. Very frustrating. Anyone with experience using the HWH Reset Switch? Where is it located and is there another fix for malfunctioning steps? Thanks much.

If there are 2 magnetic switches up underneath the steps, one is a retract stop sensor and the other is an extended stop sensor. The one in the picture is the extend stop. You'll have to take your phone camara and take a picture or drop the plastic shield under the coach to see if it is bent or out of adjustment. My retract stop sensor was bent (Done by the idiot dealer) and it caused the motor to just continually to run after the steps were retracted.
