“Reviews” can be both helpful and misleading. It is all-too-easy for someone to post a negative review based on some unmet personal preference. When you read reviews, weigh the negatives against what you see in the same unit. Do your homework, examine fit and finish carefully and look at overall company reputation for quality and customer service.
In my experience, Keystone has a reasonably good reputation as an RV manufacturer. We owned one of their Montana 5th wheels some years back and the fit and finish was pretty good. We didn’t have any issues that required contacting the manufacturer, but knew a couple of people who did and I think they were treated fairly.
Let your eyes and ears guide YOUR evaluation and only use “reviews” to compare against what you’ve seen and heard.
