Question I’m trying to find my block heater plug

I assumed it would be in the back area where I access my oil dipstick/fill I can’t even see the motor. My descriptions are in my signature. It’s cold here 20 degrees. We’re getting snow tomorrow and I want to start it up tomorrow to retract the bumps. Wanted to plug it in tonight. Any clues would be appreciated!

There is usually a plug in the electrical compartment that is plugged into an outlet and a switch inside by the fuse panel. On my Discovery it is in the small bathroom above the toilet in the cabinet.

There's no plug in the engine bay. The block heater is wired to a switch. Look for the switch in the bedroom. Mine is next to the breaker panel on the side of the bed facing the bathroom. When the block heater is on, the switch is illuminated.

Awesome! Thanks for the info! As soon as you said bedroom I remembered the dealer telling me that’s where it was. Lol
It was like a light switch went off! .
I’ll be turning it on as soon as I get home from work.

That heater should run hooked up to shore power, correct?
