I have officially fallen into the PennDot CDL hole

There is no way out!!! I have a CDL B and the only way out is to throw it out and start over. Pa is so screwed up with the driving of an RV.
They want me to retake the test I took for the CDL I have to get a non CDL...... how stupid is this?

Bureaucracies are stupid by definition. In cases like that, I just grin and bear it and do whatever I need to do to get what I want.

Well new to the PennDot story.... Had couple penndot reps. tell me I need a class A non CDL. So, I told them to find me a training facility to get my non CDL A. They came back with if I'm towing less that 10,000 lbs. I can now use my CDL B. I had one State trooper beat around a bush and not give a straight answer and I have another State Trooper Tell me that she don't know who told me I can't drive with a CDL but they are wrong.... LOL

I would. Get in an accident and don’t have the right licensing, insurance company might make a fuss about paying out.
