We Will be traveling South late January. Looking for an easy place to spend 1 night. Would like an easy on and off near I77. Will be traveling from Cleveland to Florida. Any suggestions.

Thanks Dan

There's a Cracker Barrel in Mineral Wells WV if you're into that sort.

Take it easy on the winding hills on 77. The 60 mph signs are there for a reason. Don’t ask me how I know. We don’t have 80,000 lbs holding us to the road like the big trucks.

Here are my choices on this route
I 77 S WV
Rest area south if exit 170, 66
I 77 S Va
Welcome center
Flying J exit 77 (Wytheville). KOA here also

SC Welcome center
Loves exit 83 few RV spaces
FJ exit 73 (Rock Hill)
Loves exit 5 Few RV spaces
Rest areas s of exits 60 , 149

I 95 S
FJ exit 77 St George - can reserve a space in truck lot. $18 last time I was there
Rest area s of exit 53 Walterboro
Exit 29 FJ Brunswick Ga.
Petro exit 168 (FL)

RV spaces at truck stops are tight (mirror to mirror). The truck spaces in the large rest areas are quite comfortable and a bit roomier.
