Yes. On mine the headlight switch has to be on and the ICC will momentarily extinguish the tail and marker lights. A way to say thank you to the driver behind you that signaled it is OK to pull over into the other lane.

Thank you for your reply. When the headlight switch is on and I press and hold the switch down nothing above is lit front or rear

It's a way to flash your marker lights like the truckers do to signal it's OK to change lanes or to indicate that you see someone.
