If not Newmar, whats the other brand you would choose. I am still deciding and want to see options instead of a new Newmar.
Not impressed with Tiffin and Entegra DPs are finished. I am looking at a Dutch Star equivalent. New coaches only.

New coaches only
This is the problem. Otherwise I'd suggest looking at some great deals on luxury line coaches such as Newell, Marathon, Prevost, etc. that you can probably find close to the price point of a NEW Dutch Star at higher level coach. Wouldn't hurt to look. Otherwise I know we all have brand familiarity and that would make it harder to switch. My $.02.

I have looked. The fear is buying one of those higher level coaches and having higher level repair costs

I am coming at this from the perspective of currently owning a different brand and if we were to switch brands Newmar would be what we would consider.

From a build quality I would recommend considering Renegade. Obviously they are not Class A, but they have units with stand up cabs, where front seats spin around to face the living area.

I saw you eliminate Tiffin, but that would be my choice.

Second behind them would be Winnebago.

I think pickings are slim if you stick with production coaches.

Have you considered attending NIRVC’s Music City Expo? If I was in the market for a new coach, I would be all over that.

I went to the Tampa show and saw a few options. The Music City Expo is on my list. I did look at American and have friends that own them and love them. I have looked at Tiffin's and while not out of the equation, looking for other suggestions
If I was going Super C, nothing but Newmar. But class A does have one or two options.

If a Super C it would be Newmar. They have stand up cabs, rotating seats and an air ride cab. I do have friends with Renegades that love them

I’m currently watching Cornerstone, Realm, and Newmar.

Each have issues but all have similar specs on paper.

Just left the mothership after a few weeks of work on our 2020 Mountain Aire. I do not believe there is a better service facility and team in the industry. that to me makes a huge difference. Yes, it is expensive, but all brands will be.

Currently own a 2024 Dutchstar, it has been a chore. If I had to do it over I'd go one of the premium brands as long as the wait isn't tooo long. Newell, Marathon, Prevost, etc.

Unending repairs outside of warranty. Electric motors last about two years of very light service. Glass sink literally exploded, glass everywhere, no warranty. Water pump, and stair motor failed, no warranty,
Newmar has been great to work with but seems every trip is interrupted with a failed part(s).
Seriously considering ending the RV life. Or stepping up to a custom rig $$$.

I am on my 4th Class A motor home. First was a Itasca 36G DP. The other three have all been Tiffins. I would have liked a Newmar but there are NO Newmar dealers near me at all. My first two Tiffins were great coaches, I bought a brand new a Tiffin Open Road 2019 32 SA gasser, then a 2021 Red 33AA DP. I had a serious accident with the 2021 Red and Leigh Tiffin and Allen Bridges were outstanding in helping me getting it repaired at Red Bay. When I needed them most, they went up and beyond taking care of me. That meant a lot to me.

That being said I looked all the new coaches at the Hershey show in 2025. I was only interested in Newmar & Tiffin. And yes I wanted a brand new 2026 DP. Newmar makes a great coach but there prices are insane. Even the Tiffin MSRP's are crazy. Long story short I purchased a brand new Phaeton 35CH at the Tiffin rally in New York last October. I didn't have any time to put it trough its paces yet, but so far so good.
