I would pull my trailer here on every whim, if a bridge could stretch from the west coast to Hawaii.

But alas, well maybe if I over inflated my tires?

We've been making it a winter thing, wife and I to recover from the holiday rushing.
After leaving the kids, grandkids, and other associated characters in Southern California, we rush home and jump a plane to the islands, this year Kauai.

I tell ya air travel sure seems to be getting worse, my luggage got separated in Honolulu, I arrived in just what I had on, which was Pacific Northwest threads and not the best design for Hawaii.

Well after finally getting it, only to open it and see it had seen a visitor, Homeland Security, which was nice enough to inform me that they checked my things and found my fishnet speedos lacking....... whatever that means, prolly just jealous.

Well wife and I had a wonderful time and it was hard to return, but having all the other beachgoers chip in to purchase us first-class seats, if we LEFT......... was too hard to resist, and not only that, my speedo was starting to unravel from all its wear on the beach.

I have LOTS of photos, even selfies of me, if interested, but this view from the deck in our unit is what we got to see each evening, and just looking at it brings back the memory and desire to be there right now, instead of writing this dumb story :)

Hope everyone had a great holiday season and the new year is starting out good for you.
