Hello, We are planning a trip after Christmas and looking for suggestions for RV parks, biking trails and golfing in the Phoenix, Scottsdale, Tucson AZ area. Any information is appreciated.

Those areas cater to the snowbird crowd, and you will find them booked solid by this time of the year. Lots of options in those areas though also because they cater to the snowbird crowd, so checking often for cancellations would be my advice.
