I have asked many times why the outside duel is reversed and I get different answers from Michelin recommends it to the Beru TPSM that Prevost uses can only accommodate in the reverse direction. I took my bus to my local truck tire store and asked them to reverse the outside duel stem. Nope. It won’t accommodate the TPMS inside the rim. The next time I am at Prevost, I am going to get to the bottom of this and get the right answer.

Getting that cap back on is next to impossible so the solution is to use Alligator flow thru caps. You don’t remove the caps ever. You just put the air chuck right on the cap and it will inflate the tire. If you have a TPMS sensor on the stem then the alligator caps won’t work.
