Hi - Any recommendations for inspecting and servicing a 2007 Tiffin Zephyr 45' QSX before a possible purchase in north GA?

I would look for evidence of leaks and exterior issues with the roof and side seams and also go under the coach to look for problems. Tires should be replaced after several years as they age and then can fail. With a 2007 I would budget for 6 new tires unless the current owner replaced them within the last two years. Run all the appliances and check out the AC and also the plumbing and faucets and hot water tank.

I would also do a web search for any reported problems with this model and any issues with getting parts for the coach and the motor and the generator and fridge. I would not buy a service warranty but would set aside $5,000 for repairs.

Employ a reputable RV Inspector familiar with the brand.
