Interesting question. There are a number of services advertised on the Web. Noted one ad specifically notes ASE Certified, not a bad thing but is this an inspection thing?
Also, it Depends on what you’re buying. Gas or diesel. You will want someone that specializes in your type of equipment. These are two completely different worlds when making informed decisions on conditions. The House is not that much different but the gas vs diesel chassis is completely different.

It’s a 2020 Entegra Anthem, Cummins diesel. 50k miles. Looks pristine in person. The finance company is requiring an “inspection”. I am not sure exactly what that means.
Also I don’t know what I should be paying for this.

I'm sure they want something like a RVIA certified inspector's report of your Class A. Expect to pay approx. 1k for a proper inspection of this type of RV.
Here's a link to National RV Inspectors Association: Home - NRVIA . I don't think you don't have to register but I did. There is no charge and they list both certified inspectors and certified mobile technicians based on zip code and radius you enter.
