Thinking about installing an air tank on the RV. After installation I'd plumb air lines to both sides or ends for more convenient air source.
Granted the 400P Kit i have has 50ft of air hose which allows adjusting pressure in all tires with no problem. But that means digging out the compressor, unpacking all the pieces, plugging it in, etc. My preference to to check/adjust tire pressure just prior to departure.
I've found that the tires hold pressure just fine but when environmental factors change, altitude or temperatures, adjustments are necessary.
Weight add about 15-20 lbs. max.
So thoughts on this plan?
FYI the 400P duty cycle is 33% or 15 minutes. Short of using air tools, I do not feel this is an issue.
Also, air horns in the future???
