Installing 30 amp plug at home

Looking to install a 30 amp plug at home. Is this easy to do yourself and what is an estimated cost.

If you have enough supply available as I did then it's fine. I have 400A service at my house, plenty available.

Yippers....if you pay them, they can do most anything.
