Hi me and my partner recently aquired a used motorhome and we are wondering is there a way to pay for hands on instruction on how to operate everything inside and out. Are there companies that offer that service or what would be the best way to advertise for that service. We live in Springfield Or

when we bought our first diesel pusher, I remember one of the techs leading us around and giving us a crash course in how to operate everything. Needless to say, we were a bit overwhelmed- it was all new to us. We learned through common sense, the MANUALS -read them!!, and other helpful campers.
Check out youtube - lots of good vids there.

A good mobile RV repair person should be able to explain everything to you. They come to you and charge for the service call and by the hour, so just let them know ahead of time that you want them to spend some time with you.

I would recommend you post on Forest River Forums - Forest River Owners Community (even if your motorhome is not a Forest River product). It is the most active RV forum I have found. Just post on there and you should get a volunteer. I live in Lebanon, Oregon. I am a travel trailer guy, but I'd be willing to come to Springfield to help you out with what I know and we could probably figure out some of the motorhome specific stuff.
