Insulation needs at 20F

I’m new to Rv life and I have a forest river hyper lite hemisphere 2019. I live in New Mexico where the winter temperatures can reach the high teens. Do I need to do anything to prevent damage from cold weather? There is a material covering the entire bottom of the Rv.

You will need to protect your plumbing. There are a couple of ways to complete the process. The factory recommends:
"To winterize a 2019 Forest River Hyper Lite Hemisphere".
Drain the water heater, close its bypass valves, and then run non-toxic RV antifreeze through the entire system using a hand pump or an antifreeze kit connected to the city water inlet. Pour antifreeze into each drain and P-trap, including the toilet, after the water is pushed out of the lines. This method avoids putting antifreeze directly into the fresh water tank and is necessary to prevent costly damage from frozen pipes

Some users choose to blow out the lines first thus not having to fill all the lines with antifreeze. Others choose to migrate to warmer climates where cold is not a problem.

Either way, you need to protect your plumbing. There are you tube videos that can walk you thru the procedure.

We have a FR Ultralite..you cant really call it insulated.. we have to blow all the water out if its getting 30 or lower or the drains freeze and crack..
