Hello, my name is Jerry, I full time in s 40 ft. Motor home. I currently am licensed in Florida, and have my MH and tow vehicle registered and licensed in Fla.

I am getting crushed with the high cost of auto insurance. $1950. Annual for my 2012 GMC acadia.
That is about twice what it would be in Virginia.

My reason for this post is to gain information on legal alternatives on Insurance coverages in a state where you fo not have a drivers license. For example, my drivers license is now in Florida, my MH is registered in Florida, ( No Property tax on MH) so this offsets my MH insurance.

But, for my tow, which I drive less than 5-5k a year,
I pay far too much.

So, any ideas on legal way to lower insurance on tow, strategy to register it in a state I do not have a drivers license or other legal exceptions that may exist.

Thank you
Jerryd13
