Intech Willow roof advice

Hello, all. New member here. I am looking at an Intech Willow that is half way across the country. These are the pictures that I received from the dealer of the fans/vent/roof in general. Does this look like just a sloppy, excessive seal to prevent future problems or a bad repair to fix/hide pexisting problems. Also, if anyone has good pictures of their Intech roof i'd love to see them so I can compare them to these.

That's an amateur patch job or installation.
