I have been tracking maintenance, fuel, def, and hours on all of my equipment for a while. I decided to see how my London Aire has been consuming DEF over its lifetime.

I found that at 25k. Miles I have been averaging 8.5gal/1000 miles.

The chart shows my style of adding when it’s convenient and not keeping it topped off. I often end a trip with 1/3 def and then let it sit for longer than 21 days (my cutoff for the analysis) before refilling

This was the base line before I normalized it based on trips. Doing top off or more frequent fills show spikes that need to be accounted for.

When using the same trip logic and adding in the diesel consumption this is the data I get

My diesel mpg is steady at 5.7-6.5 which is reasonable giving the variety of terrain these covers.

I add a box per half tank of fuel, so for our trip from lake placid fl to moravia ny, around 1300 mile, it's 4 boxes with our isx.. 6.5 mpg life time average over 55k
