We have a 2021 Baystar and this past fall the inverter quit working while on a trip. When we parked it for 3 days, I had to disconnect the batteries so the appliances wouldn’t drain the batteries. When we parked, there was no shore power or generator working. Has this happened to others and how did you fix this problem? Thanks

If you had to disconnect the batteries to keep the appliances from draining them, then the inverter is working. You probably could have just shut off the breaker for the inverter to accomplish the same thing.

From the generator/shore power comment, I’d guess the problem is in the transfer switch. But its just a guess since there is a lot of stuff to consider. Time to break out the multi-meter.
