Inverter/shore power issue

We recently purchased a 2018 Thor Windsport. The previous owners had replaced a jackknife sofa with a theater seating rig that’s powered by 110. When we are on shore power and turn the inverter off, the theater seats, the 2 ac outlets above it and the television across from it all lose power. Where would be a good point to begin to look for the problem. Thanks in advance for any advice.
