Yah! Don't use open roads, but the internet is almost at a stand still where I'm at! It was fine till about 3 days ago. Must be the rerouting from the underwater cable issues.
 
Several days ago I think they updated their password requirements. I saw this posted on Facebook and followed it and was able to get mine working again. All is good now.

I was able to use the “Forgot Password” and it allowed me to change password. They did update what is required in password.
  • Uppercase letter
  • Lowercase letter
  • Special character
  • Number
  • Has to be 12 characters long
