I have purchased a new 2023 Jayco Eagle.
It has the Jaycommand system. The node and tablet had to be changed out for warranty work after a lengthy battle between the rv dealer and Jayco to approve this warranty work . This first edition system failed and has failed on many other rv owners Jaycommand systems. The current revision 3 seems to be working fine at this point. The only issue I do have is connecting remotely from my home. The bluetooth works fine for the Jaycommand controls when in the RV location.
Anyone have any recommendations for this fix?
Jayco is aware of the original Jaycommand first edition Jaycommand issues but will not issue a recall for these systems as a whole to the rv dealers and current owners knowing there are failures.
