Just Purchased a 2013 LTV Free Spirit SS a month ago. This is my second LTV and this one has a slide. Can anyone tell me where the drain valve for the fresh water tank is located under the van. I need the specific location. I think the fresh water tank is on the drivers side, but not sure. Van is to low to crawl under without jacking it up. Any help appreciated.

Hi Mel, and congratulations on the new Free Spirit SS. On the 2013 LTV Free Spirit SS, the fresh water tank is located on the driver’s side, and the fresh tank drain valve is underneath the van in that same general area.
Since clearance is pretty tight, I’d recommend checking along the driver’s-side underside around the fresh-water tank for a small drain line/valve rather than immediately jacking the van up. You may also be able to locate it by tracing the fresh-tank plumbing from inside the coach.
I’d be cautious about getting underneath without proper support if you do need to raise the van, use appropriate jack stands and never rely on the jack alone.
If you can post a photo of the underside around the driver’s side, someone familiar with the 2013 SS layout should be able to point out the exact valve.
