Keyless lock for Sportscoach

My wife and I recently purchased a Sportscoach 403QS and wonder if anyone has replaced the original manufacturers keyed lock with a keyless lock, either a code or code with key fob?

Update April 2024: we found a sturdy keyless entry lock from RVLock. It has a programmable lock pad and came with two key fobs that are push button lock and unlock just like your vehicle. It is high quality. This fit on the 2023 Coachmen Sportscoach 403QS.

I had same question, only for a 2022 Sportscoach 354QS, which I assume is very similar. Would love to see a pic of OE lock, as well as new one (before/after) if you get a chance. The RVlock website is informative to an extent, but my exact model isn’t listed, so again, glad to know there is an option. Thank you for posting!

Keyless, "touch", battery operated locks apparently haven't been perfected. It was too costly to replace mine, and it never worked effortlessly. Plus you have to have a special type battery or you might damage it. I've been using a key since, and it's so easy!

I have a coachman pursuit and ordered keypad door entry lock from Bauer. VERY satisfied. It was a reasonable DIY install and the programming includes touchpad as well as an app for your phone which will lock/unlock. Used standard battery and has a backup key availability. Added plus - you can order it with a specific key number which matches all my storage compartment latches.
