Hi. My wife and I are in the process of purchasing a new Coachman 18 SE of 19SE.

The early 2025 units came with a 3 burnerstove, oven, range hood and microwave.
Somewhere in the middle of the year, they changed to a 2 burner stove and microwave.

Current units are coming with a 2 burner induction electric range and a combo microwave and convection oven.

I have not been able to get any information on the induction range. How does this work. Do you have to have shore power to cook?
If they are running an inverter, does this require two batteries and a solar system?

Does it have a generator or do you plan on buying a portable generator. For the first three years of owning my Class C, I always used my generator for the microwave. Seven months ago I installed solar and only on a rare occasion will I use the gas generator. I have not been hooked up to shore power for 7 months.
