Knobs and handles on ERA

My 2018 era has very aggressive latching gizmos and no handles or knobs on most cabinet doors and drawers. Have to kind of claw things open with difficulty and broken nails. Any suggested fixes out there or ideas?

My wife has RA; she can't grab the drawer handles to open them. I purchased some handles through Home depot 9 (they were shipped by Richeloieu ) They are an 'open handle' so she can get her fingers through them.
