Are there any KZ Durango owners that could provide some feedback on their RV? We are looking at a couple of different Durango Gold floor plans and don't have very much knowledge of KZ We are doing our research Thanks!

We have the 40 foot 5th wheel with real living. Great storage under trailer. So far we like it

I know this is an old post but we recently purchased a new 2025 KZ Durango D281RK in April 2025, this is our 3rd trailer second rear kitchen. Buyer beware of the Durango line. This RV shakes everything in the rear of the RV onto the floor. Never have I had this type of bounce from a trailer. Items like plates, pots and pans, silverware, all in drwwers or cabinets, food in the cabinets, stove grates, the microwave glass plate is eventually going to break the glass door, all the food and condiments in the fridge are bounced around, the grill outside flys around in the compartment, both metal chairs and the metal bench for the dinnette are moved into the middle of the kitchen floor. The strap that holds the chairs and bench have already broken once, to the point where I have removed the chairs and bench from the RV and replaced with cheap lightweight carboard benchs from Walmart. I have molding falling off, cracks between the walls and mounted cabinets, Most of my new kitchen is scratched along with the outside grill from the metal grill flying around. Most of the items I have placed in plastic totes and bunjied everything else down every time I travel, what a huge dissapointment. I have discussed this issue with 2 different repair facilities, they say the suspension looks fine to talk to KZ. I have discussed this issue with the KZ home office and am simply dissmissed. Now they are pushing me off to reach out to Lippert for the frame and Dexter for the axles. Again this trailer is a big dissappointment. This issue is just one of many first year failures, most of which I just chalk up to owning a new trailer and all the bad things that I have to fix on my own to get the bugs out, but the suspension issue is unforgiveable.I understand they now have a different suspension system but where does that put me? Before everyone starts the how I drive conversation. I have had two other trailers and traveled coast to coast multiple times, never had this bouncing issue. I have discussed this issue with different KZ owners while traveling this year and it seems this is an issue with KZ products. One paticular person I spoke to while in Oregon had a 2025 KZ Ridgeway 27RK and he described almost the exact issues as I described above. He also said when he reached out to KZ they had no answers and basically brushed him off. The biggest point I want to make is KZ simply dismisses this as a non-issue, hope no one else goes down this road with them, again Buyer Beware.
