We knew that LazyDays was selling off a bunch of assets to Campers Inn but saw that LazyDays filed a 8k on Oct 10 and a PREM14C on Oct 15. In my non-lawyer/layman understanding it appears they intend to sell all their remaining assets to Campers Inn and dissolve after these assets are sold.
$65m for the business and real estate + a value to be determined at closing for the inventory.
Wow - went public in 2018, couple years prior to Covid years and now are disappearing. Series of decisions coupled with a big dose of crazy RV market swings, up and then down - took its toll.
