Recently my friend and I have been trying to stay cool in the az desert.

Our background! Me the experimenter, he is a retired AC/boiler man! But like most experiments, what we spent our lives doing are only good for reference!

We spent a month on our project, off and on, gathering data!
Many of my "current" posts (pun intended), have reflected the data, and shared resource.

We were not planning anything for the market, but don't you hate it when you find an off the shelf product similar if not identical to what you have been working on?

Anyhow! We had a ways to go to get perfection so when I saw this I am compelled to share

This isn't dissimilar from cooling tower technology which has been around for quite some time. I was torn between a mini-split and a portable room A/C for the garage (shop). While a mini-split would have been more powerful, I'm not committed enough for a permanent install, nor did I want yet another condenser outside and in the way. The A/C I bought uses it's own condensate run across the condenser coil not only to further cool that coil but to make the condensate go away without requiring a drain.

Yes the cooling tower in portable setup failed the object

That small amount of water absorbs that much heat? Fascinating.

Btw Kevin, don't feel bad. I came up with two invention ideas in my life. Someone else is making millions from the ideas, because I did not know what to do with them.

I don't! .

Think of us as crew of a star ship!! Just trying to improve our lives and the lives of others. .

The days of lack are our history.
