Just bought a 2025 Vienna 25RMC ... absolutely love it. We purchased the gen-delete full Lithium package WITH the extra battery. In video's they talked that it could run for like 3 days with AIR no problem .... I need to be educated on how to use it. My dealer did not have familiarity with it. Is there anyone out there that has this full package that would be willing to speak to me for 10 - 15 minutes about what I'm doing wrong?

So Educate me here as I am not familiar with the gen delete option. Assume this means no generator. How much solar do you have? What happens if you have no sun or minimal sun and you are boondocking?

What are you working to learn about the system?
Looked it up and it appears you probably have:
- 330 watt solar panel
- 1200 Ah lithium battery storage (or 14,400 watts)
- A/C has soft start installed
- 13,500 btu A/C

Who created the video that said you could get 3 days of A/C usage?

Rough math:
- 13,500 btu typically consumes around 12 amps on 120v
- This is 1400 watts
- Since your battery holds 14,400 watts, and assuming we can only use 90% of the battery, this would be 13,000 usable watts
- 13,000 / 1400 (watts consumed by a/c) would be a little over 9 hours of a/c time, assuming no additional use by anything else.
- depending on where you are and how hot it is, will impact how many hours a/c needs to run each day
- solar panel only adds 330w in an hour, if conditions are optimal, which they are never optimal for very long since the panel is facing straight up and not directly facing the sun. Not factoring in shade from clouds or trees which will reduce it more.

IF you have great sunny cloudless days, are somewhere where it is not too hot, have nice long days and conserve other power draws I can see where it could be possible to go 2 or 3 days.

If I was wanting to routinely boon dock for more than a day I would investigate a couple options:
- additional solar panels to increase solar generation to at least 900 watts, preferably closer to 1200 watts
- small backup generator to recharge batteries for those times when solar was not available
- keep option open (not just physically but also mentally) for using campgrounds with power if this setup doesn’t quite meet the 3 day expectation. Many people talk about range anxiety with electric cars, this is a similar situation as you will need to closely monitor power consumption, remaining stored power and can you make it to the next time you can get power? Will tomorrow be sunny enough? How hot will it be? How much will a/c need to run?
This can be fun to mange or it can be stressful - it is up to you.
Nice rig!
