Hello fellow, our viewers
Looking for suggestions on locations to Snowbird this coming November through March in Florida. Would also consider location ideas in the Gulf Shores AL or Fla panhandle area as well.
Please send your RV campsite, suggestions and experiences and previous costs on a monthly basis
Thank you very much. Hope to hear from many of you.

Welcome aboard. There are lots of folks here that winter in your selected areas. What kind of experience are you looking for? Are you looking to Golf, Fish, or the Bingo/Build a Bird House type of plan? Small more intimate park or the 200 site plus parks? Do you want to be close or right on water or will inland work?

to follow up @Rollin Ollen do you want a Resort with amenities or a basic campground?

Pensacola
Blue Angel Park (if you’re a Veteran)
Big Lagoon State Park

Central Panhandle State Parks
Three Rivers
Florida Caverns
Falling Waters

Check out RVLife campground reviews. Seems like there are lot’ sof spaces, as many Canadians did not come down this year.

Actually Canadians are coming to the US in record numbers, people are saying no one has ever seen anything like it. There may not even be many people left in Canada. The RV parks are full to capacity and turning people away.

I saw this the other day. I thought it was odd they were reaching out. I figured parks were full for the winter. We have not been to the park.

I'm not sure where you are getting your info from but from my experience we have yet to pull into a full park.

We crossed into the US on October 01 and, in total, have seen less than 10 other Canadians. We fly our Canadian flag and there are lots of folks that stop by asking where the rest of us are.

Our Facebook has tons of ads from Florida Parks offering discounts to Canadians.

I got it from the deep steak podcast on substack. But all kidding around aside. Would you ordinarily be seeing many more Canadians? I've read that Canadian tourism is off by only ~14%, but it sounds much higher.

2 of the resorts we winter in are asking if we want a discount to stay longer, they are not full, nor were they full last year though

We spent a couple of winters in South Alabama. Weather was generally decent, but beware of many nights below freezing, and the lowest we saw was 22F. Winds start whistling and the tornados start spinning in March.

I can't say how many Canadians are boycotting the US yet. We normally winter west of the Mississippi. We came east because we were able to book space in the Keys (the Keys had been on our bucket list for years). I base my conclusion on how many fellow RVers comment when they see our flag. We head west in January and that will perhaps allow us to see a clearer picture.
