Hello All,

First post. I am inspecting a 2020 Ultra-Lite 283BHSL that I might buy that seems to be in really good shape. One thing I did notice when I was looking at the roof. It seems to be very good shape. I was told it was in barn or under covered storage entire life of trailer. When I look at the cover it seem to be in very good shape but I did notice that all around every vent/AC unit/front edge etc... there seems to be a good amount of sealant. It almost looks like the previous owner slopped an extra ordinary amount on everything. I have been looking for pictures of other Dutchmen Ultra-Lite trailer roofs but have had no luck.

If all y'all would be so kind as to snap a picture of yours and post I would be very grateful so I can maybe get and idea if what I am seeing is normal or something is out of the ordinary.

Big investment so want to be sure.

Thank you very much.

Stan

I recommend a certified inspector. They know what to look for and are well worth the money.
