Thank you soo much
One of the components in tests 4, 5, and 6 on RB’s post #7 seem to be the most likely source for the issue. If you don’t find anything obvious there, locate the starter, disconnect everything from it and try to jump start it. The generator probably wont run but you’ll either rule out or confirm #7. Chances are it will turn the motor over and if it does you can focus on relays, the voltage sense transformer, or the control board (unfortunately a likely suspect).

@marc2912 I had the same symptoms. Visited Henderson, CO Cummins and they diagnosed a bad ignition relay. It was replaced and all was fine.

Hi, I have a 2015 DSDP 4312. My Onan 10k RVQD won’t start or crank. Trouble code is 32 which is low crank speed but it’s not cranking at all. Batteries are fine. Some post seem to point at those standard square relays being the culprit but can’t locate them for the life of me. I looked around the generator bay and around the fuse bay but couldn’t find them there. Any advice would be appreciated.
How much fuel in your RV's tank? Genset shouldn't start if the fuel level is less than 1/4 tank.
