Looking for somewhere nice I can spend a part of next winter that is within 30 min of spring training complexes.

You won't get within 30 minutes of all the ballparks. March 2022 will be our 5th at Pueblo El Mirage Resort.

X2 Pueblo El Mirage We were only there a couple days and did not use the facilities but it 's a really nice place.

I looked at their website and it appears you cannot make reservations beyond 180 days out. What has been your experience with availability in the past year?

We made reservations for March 2022 in March 2021 and received our confirmation last week. We've never made a reservation via the website...always via phone or at the office while there. Availablity during 2020/2021 season was not normal...probably 40% vacant during March. In past years, we've seen RVs come and go on an almost daily basis.
