Low Water Pressure

The park has really good water pressure but when we turn on the Kitchen faucet, it start good than the pressure seems to go down.
bathroom faucet seems fine. I have a regulator on 50 to 55 psi but that shouldn't matter i don think

From the symptoms, you have an obstruction at the faucet. Pressure builds up but dissipates quickly. It can be a nightmare to find. Blowing backwards thru the faucet with the lines in disconnected may work.

I agree, but I wonder why pressure starts ok.

Many of the water pressure regulators cause this behavior.

Unscrew the aerator from the faucet and check that for lime or debris.
