Manual Slide Retraction

I have read various posts, but have yet to see a definitive process for manually retracting slides if needed. Searched Youtube as well and came up empty. I know the newer HWH slide room is different, and am looking for the "old style" slide retraction method. Anyone have a video or step by step? Never needed it,,,but slide problem would be one of those show stoppers that could be avoided.

I really dread this situation but have read about it. I would love to see the procedure documented as well or if there is a document for this please add to the Resources area.
